Can 11 Year Olds Get Acrylic Nails

I had about 2 fills with my last set since I had color for the last fill I didnt notice water getting under the acrylic on my thumb.

Can 11 year olds get acrylic nails. Its not like you get carded. Is it ok to put acrylic nails back on after mold set in under my last set. 16 as a minimum age.
